which they were intended. If for what ever reason you are
not satisfied with your unit please contact AMTREN'S problem
resolution team. Our commitment to each one of our
customers includes product quality assurances that you will
benefit from the use of your product for many years.
Occasionally, though no direct fault of either the buyer or
the seller, a product may not perform as may be expected.
Our Problem
Resolution Team will make every effort to see that the
product you purchased performs as it was intended -
including additional Tele-Training, production tests using
your images, no cost corrective repair action or even unit
exchange. Your success is our success.
When you
purchase an AMTREN product you will receive a Problem
Resolution pamphlet with your unit that includes contact
information. If you cannot locate this information you can
dial our Toll Free Problem Resolution Message Line -
866-272-2030.(24/7/365) A team leader will review your
message and contact you personally to discuss your problem.
If you contact this number at night, weekends or holidays
the team leader will contact you on the next business day.
