Shipping Information

All items are shipped from our warehouse. Shipping is based on the item's weight and delivery distance from our warehouse. The carton size is 27" Long x 24" High x 22" Wide and weights 50 pounds.

• Items ship within 5-10 business days of payment clearing.

• No shipping on weekends or holidays.

• Purchaser is responsible for paying all shipping costs OR

• Purchaser can provide their shipper account to cover shipping costs.

• Costs vary by ship-to location.

Your purchase of a new unit, with or with-out trade-in, includes a 12 month limited warranty.  View Standard Warranty

Return or Exchange Policy

Change your mind:

If for any reason you change your mind you may return your purchase and receive a refund less a standard 15% restocking charge. 

Shipping Damage:

If the unit you purchased received damage during shipment please contact AMTREN immediately. AMTREN will file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Once the damage claim is filed and completed they AMTREN will ship a replacement unit to you.

Unit does not operate:

Within the first 14 days after delivery, if the unit you purchased does not operate as our specifications allow, you can request an exchange.  AMTREN will provide a system in exchange for a non operable unit returned under this policy

Contact a customer service representative to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before returning your purchase. We cannot accept units that are shipped without a RMA attached to the outside of the carton. You can also request a RMA online by clicking on this link RMA Form.

Problem Resolution Policy

AMTREN guarantees that our products will perform in the manner for which they were intended. If for what ever reason you are not satisfied with your unit please contact AMTREN'S problem resolution team. Our commitment to each one of our customers includes product quality assurances that you will benefit from the use of your product for many years.  Occasionally, though no direct fault of either the buyer or the seller, a product may not perform as may be expected. 

Our Problem Resolution Team will make every effort to see that the product you purchased performs as it was intended - including additional Tele-Training, production tests using your images, no cost corrective repair action or even unit exchange. Your success is our success.

When you purchase an AMTREN product you will receive the contact information. Call this number and a team leader will review your message and contact you personally to discuss your problem. If you contact this number at night, weekends or holidays the team leader will contact you on the next business day.
