Exchange Units include a 3 month limited warranty. Trade In Units include a 12 month limited warranty.

Shipping Damage: If the unit you purchased received damage during shipment please contact AMTREN immediately. AMTREN will file a damage claim with the shipping carrier. Once the damage claim is filed and completed they AMTREN will ship a replacement unit to you. Unit does not operate: Within the first 14 days after delivery, if the unit you purchased does not operate as our specifications allow, you can request an exchange. AMTREN will provide a system in exchange for a non operable unit returned under this policy Contact a customer service representative to obtain a RMA (Return Material Authorization) before returning your purchase. We cannot accept units that are shipped without a RMA attached to the outside of the carton. You can also request a RMA online by clicking on this link RMA Form.

If for what ever reason you are not satisfied with your unit please contact AMTREN'S problem resolution team. Our Problem Resolution Team will make every effort to see that the product you purchased performs as it was intended - including additional Tele-Training, production tests using your images, no cost corrective repair action or even unit exchange.
